To register your company for NBF Corporate Access, you need to do the following:

  1. Complete the online corporate registration form. This consists of various sections in which you define your accounts, users and the level of access required.

  2. The transaction authorisation section must be completed in line with your existing board resolution or mandate maintained with NBF.
  3. The form and legal agreement need to be duly signed and stamped by the person(s) who have signed your existing board resolution or mandate. Please call us on 8008NBF(623) for any assistance during the registration process.
  4. Submit your form(s) and legal agreement(s) to the below mentioned address upon completion:

          PO Box 2979, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Once you have submitted the required documents to us and your request has been approved, you will be provided with unique login details to NBF Corporate Access online banking. Once you receive these details, you can log in here immediately.

NBF Corporate Access Mobile App

Once your access has been granted, all authorisers on your account will be given their own set of credentials and a security device to log on to the NBF Corporate Access Mobile App - available for free download from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Kindly note, any activity on your NBF Corporate Access online banking account will need to be approved by your appointed authoriser/s via the NBF Corporate Access Mobile App.
